Terms of Service for IPTV

1. Introduction & Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) create a legal agreement between you and IPTV. They govern your access to and use of our television streaming services (the “Service”), our website, and all related features. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use the Service (Eligibility)
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans: The Service is offered through paid subscription plans with durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Payment Method: All payments must be made exclusively through the designated MPESA Till number or Pochi La Biashara account provided by us. We do not accept other payment methods.
Fees are Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the specific circumstance outlined in our Refund Policy (Section 7).
4. How You Can and Cannot Use the Service
Permitted Use: The Service grants you access to stream live television channels, movies, and series for your personal, non-commercial, in-home entertainment only.
Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from:
Reselling, redistributing, or publicly broadcasting the Service or any content.
Sharing your personal login credentials (username and password) with anyone else.
Using the Service for any commercial or public purpose.
Consequences of Misuse: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these usage rules, without prior notice or refund.
5. Compatible Devices
The Service is accessible on a variety of devices, including but not limited to: Amazon Firestick, Windows PCs, Android phones/tablets, iPhones/iPads, Smart TVs, and MacBooks. Upon subscription, you will receive instructions for installing a compatible media player application, which is required to use the Service.
6. Service Performance & Technical Support
Internet Requirements: You are solely responsible for securing and paying for a stable, high-speed internet connection sufficient for streaming. We are not responsible for buffering, interruptions, or quality degradation caused by your internet connection, speed, or home network setup.
Technical Issues: We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Our technical support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with issues related to our Service.
7. Refund Policy
We stand behind our Service. If, after activation, the Service is completely non-functional due to a fault on our end, you may request a full refund within 72 hours (3 days) of your subscription being activated. To qualify, you must have contacted our support team for troubleshooting during this period.
No Refunds After 72 Hours: Refund requests submitted more than 72 hours after activation will not be granted under any circumstances.
How to Request: Refund requests must be submitted directly to our support team via WhatsApp.
8. Your Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account or from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.
9. About the Content
What We Offer: We provide a large library of streaming content, including live TV channels, video-on-demand movies, and series.
Content Changes: The availability of specific channels, movies, or series can change at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any particular piece of content.
Important Disclaimer: IPTV acts as a service provider and does not host, own, or produce any of the television channels, films, or shows available through the Service. All content is sourced from and provided by third parties.
10. Our Right to Suspend or End the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activity, attempting to resell the Service, or any other misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
