2. Payments must be made via MPESA Till or Pochi La Biashara.
3. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.

2. Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection for smooth streaming.
3. Our service is for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
4. We reserves the right to terminate accounts found violating these terms.

5. Supported Devices

• Firestick, Windows, Android Phones, iPhones, Smart TVs, MacBooks.
• Users must install a compatible IPTV player as instructed upon subscription.

6. Buffering, Quality & Technical Issues

1. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, buffering may occur due to internet speed fluctuations.
2. Minimum internet speed requirements must be met for uninterrupted service.
3. In case of technical issues, our 24/7 support team is available for assistance.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a refund within 72 hours of activation if the service does not work as promised. No refunds will be provided beyond this period. To request a refund, contact our support team via WhatsApp.

8. Account Security & User Responsibility

Users must keep their login credentials secure and avoid sharing them. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

9. Content Availability

Our IPTV offers a vast content library, including live TV, movies, and series. Availability of specific channels, movies, or series may change without notice. We do not host or own any of the content streamed through our service; we provide access via third-party sources.

10. Termination of Service

We reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if users violate these Terms. Fraudulent activities, reselling, or misuse of the service will lead to immediate termination.
